Merchant City Again in Lockdown Without City Council Notification

Once again Glasgow City Council has given the go-ahead for our local streets to be used for a fun run, but failed to notify local residents.

It was only thanks to the efforts of local Green Party Councillor, Dr Nina Baker, that the following notice was passed to The Merchant City &  Trongate Community Council.  You may feel that The City Council do not need to notify council tax payers that they cannot use their cars, or you may look to come along to the next Community Council meeting on October 27th at 7.00pm in the City Chambers, to discuss with your local City Councillors
